There has been a recent groundswell from independent researchers and consumers questioning the risks and long-term effects of pharmaceuticals in drinking water. If the excerpt I quoted earlier was not enough to convince you about the archaic practise of putting fluoride in water then may you would like to know that the NRC did a study in 2006 about “Fluoride in drinking water: a scientific review of EPA standards”. Guess what they found out? That adding any fluoride to the drinking water was not in the interest of public health! Surprise, surprise, surprise. I have attached three reports from committee members.
